Our energy supply is more reliable than for example a central heating boiler. Nevertheless, something can happen that makes you not completely satisfied. Do you have a problem? On this page you can read how we can best answer your question.

What should you do in case of calamities, malfunctions or questions?

On the delivery set you can find infochart to fix the most common minor malfunctions as quickly as possible. Furthermore, there are several ways to reach us.

Malfunctions with urgency

Only for urgent emergencies (major malfunctions) you can call directly to

Is your problem not urgent?

Small and other malfunctions are best reported by emailing to

service@warmkopgrasweg.nl

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Type of malfunction

The details of your malfunction will be registered and our maintenance party will contact you as soon as possible.

Warm Kop Grasweg levert de warmte, koude en het warme tapwater in uw woning via de afleverset. Daarna valt een storing, klacht of vraag vaak buiten onze verantwoordelijkheid en kunnen we die niet voor u oplossen of beantwoorden. In dit geval moet u de instructies opvolgen die u van uw verhuurder/verkoper hebt gekregen. U kunt ook de verstrekte handleiding of website raadplegen en/of bijvoorbeeld contact opnemen met uw eigen installateur of met de dienstverlener/installateur van uw verhuurder.
